Summary
At its November 10-11, 2022, meeting in Chicago, Illinois, the Appraisal Institute Board of Directors will
consider proposed amendments to the Appraisal Institute Bylaws regarding the International Member on
the Board. The proposed amendments are expected to have minimal financial impact.
Comments received on or before November 7, 2022 will be compiled for distribution to the Board of Directors and the International Relations Committee.
