AI PAREA, the Appraisal Institute Practical Applications of Real Estate Appraisal program, is a new way to gain the experience hours you need to become a real estate appraiser. Instead of the traditional path of finding a supervisory appraiser on your own, AI PAREA combines online coursework, simulated appraisal assignments, and dedicated mentors into one guided program you can complete on your own schedule.
Whether you're just starting out or working to advance your credential, AI PAREA gives you a clear, structured path forward, without the uncertainty of lining up experience hours the traditional way.
